Absolutely wonderful customer service here! I arrived at the store as it was closing, but Jenny still allowed us in and found me the charm I was looking for. I had a wonderful experience today in the Cheshire Oaks store! I was warmly greeted by Emily, Sweety and Rosie. The store itself was clean and tidy. Emily served me and was so patient and thoughtful, she told me all about Clogau's amazing history and was able to inform me about everything I needed to know about the jewellery I requested to see.
