I find the staff very friendly, engaging, helpful and always ready with suggestions and supportive comments and ideas. In addition to that, I think they're really professional and accommodating and it is understandable that it is not always easy to consolidate walk-ins with pre-booked appointments and from time to time there is sometimes an overlap.
