Attended here for family wake staff were very friendly and service and food was fab
Established old hotel with sea front view has aspects of art deco but could easily be a holiday inn as main bar area sparce and uninspiring
Attended a funeral wake here.barwas cheaper than I expected for an establishment as nice as this. Staffed were friendly and service was quick.
We've been here a couple of times. If the weather is in your favour it's a great place to sit and watch the world go by. In inclement weather, the bar is very pleasant.
Room good. Spoiled by rock hard pillows and a noisy neighbour above who left bathroom fan on all night. Breakfast service 5 stars brilliant . Dinner shocking. I had fillet steak. Asked for rare it came out medium. Ruined an expensive cut of meat . When I mentioned I just got a shrug. Overpriced the steak was 44 gbp. Starter was fab chickens liver , but why serve on bread, just put it on the side ... hotel is very clean and very well decorated . Staff are all good. There is parking but when it's busy it's chaos .
