Almost everything The service people I dealt with are very polite and informative. I had my forester in a couple of weeks ago for leaking head gaskets (seems like a common Subaru problem). At that time I indicated I had a rattling sound coming from the front area. Some sthinkort of joint was replaced to fix the noise along with a light out. Great experience here every time. This is the third car I have purchased here. They listen to what I need. I feel that they are fair as far as pricing. Service has always been excellent.
Engine tune up for my Subaru Outback was quick and painless. I collected almost 5,000 miles in two weeks during a road trip and was due for tune up. The service team called my up after about an hour telling me that my car was ready. Well done.

Always great service No matter what the reason is I bring my Crosstrek in I have had excellent service for oil changes, recall repair, and a minor fender bender; I have been treated great by everyone.
Recall, Oil Change and Extras The recall part of my appointment when very well and I was pleased. I also had an oil change done and needed a few lights repositioned and replaced. All in all everything went well with this too I just felt it was a little pricier than what I’ve paid at other places. I also wanted a starting problem addressed. Unfortunately no codes showed up. They ran a system updated but that doesn’t seem to be where the problem is. This is no ones fault and I’ll be doing more research on this problem.
Responsive to Concerns Came in to have a growling noise in rear checked. The mechanic confirmed the rear right bearing needed replacing. Replaced and on my way! Very efficient.
Oil changes My main issue is the fact that the last 3 times i have had oil done they never reset my maintenance tracker on the car
