Airbag recall I dropped my car off to have the airbag recall taken care of. They were able to get me scheduled the first day I had available, provided me with a loaner. However when I went to pick up my vehicle after the service department closed my fob no longer works.
I am 64 years old and have purchased many new cars. This is my first one from Cliff Wall. I will never go anywhere else! The quality of personal assistance and service is outstanding! I feel they go above and beyond the normal job to provide quality work and satisfaction. I will highly recommend Cliff Wall to everyone I know!
Sale person was very accomidating They made sure I knew how all the options on the car worked before I left.. They did not push me into any deal that I did not want.
Great Service The Service Manager, Mike, and Service Writer, Rob, maintain a perfect record of providing great customer service. They have gone above and beyond in accommodating me while doing regular and warranty service on my 2016 Outback.
Excellent service, great people Had my car in for key fob problems. Technician Larry got it all sorted out, works great now. He took the time to solve the problem. Larry is great, knows his stuff and always does excellent work.
6,000 Mile Service Was the first time there and had no idea how long this service would take. Were greet right away, gentlemen prepared our car and told us it would take an hour. Went to the waiting area, checked a few cars out, talked to Mike for awhile and in about 40 minutes we were back on the road. Excellent service and a very nice talk with Mike who sold us the car back in August of 2019.
Quick and efficient always a pleasure to have my vehicle serviced at Cliff Wall. Pleasant waiting area when you have to wait for your service.
Excellent service, walked in not knowing what to expect, lane Webber was my sales person and he was just fantastic at explaining what to expect out of a Subaru. Nick in financing was also superb at finding financing and getting the work done in short order. I would recommend cliff wall Subaru to others, and I know when it’s time I will be going back.
