Friendly Everyone at Cliff Wall was very friendly. We walked in knowing what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend and that's exactly what we got. No pushy salesman routine.

Great job! It took awhile to get these nuts in but they finally were received and then promptly put on our car. Great people in service and sales. Nice snacks in waiting area. Enjoyed looking at other new cars while waiting.
Experience there not good .. issue battery going dead on outback new in 2017 .. lane Weber dismissing my complaints suggesting I might get my own battery charger and jump my own car when battery quits .. also stated that maybe I caused battery failure by leaving lights on etc. Weber poor listening skills, dismissive and talking over me to the point of me needing to walk away from him out of sheer frustration. Second time a charm We brought our Subaru in for a recommended airbag recall. Initial experience was ok, staff could have been a little friendlier. Brought car home and seat warmers didn't work. Called and was told to bring it right in. Everyone the second time around was easy to work with, and it got fixed in a reasonable amount of time. I was not sure after the first visit, but after the second experience, I would come back.
Stained My car had what appeared to be grease stains on the seats when I picked it up. I had to clean the seats with a special cleaner.
Always prompt and friendly service. Comfortable waiting area. We’re able to give me quotes for new tires for next time I come in. Very helpful staff.

Travel from Minnesota for Service it's so good! While I purchased my vehicle at Cliff Wall, I live in Minnesota. I travel to Green Bay as often as I can to get it serviced at Cliff. The cost of their services are very reasonable and I appreciate their honesty and smartness. For example, I needed my front right tie rod changed as "it was starting to slip" and so they recommended changing the left as well.
