The experience I had at your dealership was fantastic. The sales person Greg and I had a commonality which made my process of acquiring a auto payment a little easier. Due to the fact I have not had one for two years.
Oil change Always prompt and excellent service. All issues are always taken care of to my satisfaction. A car wash afterwards is always a nice added bonus.
Unexpectedly high cost ($100 part and $500 labor) for an unplanned repair. I was surprised by the cost and had to do it in order to get warm air on the window through the defrost vents.
The experience was great. All people I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. My oil change and tire rotation was done in a timely manner.
I was involved in a an accident in my 2014 Forester. When I took it into Cliff Wall Subaru to get an estimate I couldn't have been more pleased. Shawn went above & beyond to help in every way. He kept me informed & got my car back way ahead of schedule.
Half-A-Tank First dealings with CliffWall. GS was reasonable to work with. I was given a fair price on my trade in and they were willing to negotiate the price of the certified used Subaru (my first) Forester. My only 2 negatives were GS did not respond to a message I left him a few days after sale was completed and when I came to pick up the car it only had half a tank of gas. Routine service + recall As always, the routine service went quickly and we got a car wash too! I am very happy. There was a recall for which there was not enough time during the routine service appointment, so that a service was scheduled a day later, and that went very fast too. Cliff Wall is on the ball!
new car Had to find a different dealer to give me better price before you would match it. So far unable to hook up Tracfphone. Waiting for answer from tech at cliff wall.
Great service. Friendly staff. Nice waiting room with snacks and even treats for your dog! They are great about making it easy to schedule service.
