Very happy with dealership!! Everything went very smoothly starting with purchasing our car without any pressure and continuing with warranty servicing. It is very easy to get an appointment when it is convenient for us and we are always treated very nicely.
Cliff Wall took care of an airbag recall for me and as always they were super mice and helpful! They are always professional and it was very easy to get a loaner car so I was not inconvenienced.
I had my second service appointment with Cliff Wall last Tuesday. Everything was great. The staff was friendly and efficient, and I was done in under an hour. Besides routine service, I also needed an estimate to repair a fender bender. Shawn did that while my service was going on and then sent in the claim for me also, which I really appreciated.
No pressure, easy to work with, family owned dealer feel. After visiting numerous car dealers it was enjoyable to work with a dealership that had that family owned dealer feel like we were used to from years back. Pleasant people to work with and no pressure.
Required Battery Replacement On Feb 3, I called service dept and was fortunate to get John DeBauche. I reported failing battery. John told me to drive my Outback directly in if possible even though it was already nearing mid-afternoon. Checked and replaced battery and at same time noticed the battery in my key fob required replacing and replaced it. Thanks John DeBauche for providing very timely service that exceeded my expectation!
When it comes to taking care of my car, they do a great job. The customer service, on the other hand, isn’t so great.
