Mike in the service department has been wonderful to work with! I came in for a air bag recall and oil change that left my car smelling like rubber due to a faulty filter BUT Mike has been over accommodating and offered to pick up my car/clean it/ and then return it! Having a toddler at home with little to no patience at a car dealership (😉) this is a blessing to us! Thanks Mike! Great team at Subaru!
Great staff! Pleasant people, good work, nice place. No complaints. Even for a call : “Gee, I think my battery is dying, can you fit me in today?” They did and were great.

Robin is amazing! Robin was very proactive in getting us the best price for our new Subaru Forester. Absolutely no high pressure. Definitely knows her stuff. Up on all the options, sharing helpful experiences and opinions. The rest of the team were very friendly and competent, too.

Service was done completely and competently. I brought my vehicle in for recall service. It was completed quickly and thoroughly. What I really appreciated was the fact that they completely checked my vehicle to make sure it is in good working order. They found one thing in need of repair. Fortunately, it is still under warranty.
Willing to go above and beyond Brought my vehicle in with no appointment, too many lights on the dash lighting up. I was prepared to wait until it was determined what was causing this issue. While I was there, Rob communicated with me what was going on, and also was able to be in a comfortable waiting room area at this time. The issue was resolved and I was on my way. thanks

Easiest process purchasing a new vehicle ever! I did almost everything online, through texts, so when I got there I just had to do some paperwork and take my baby home! I thank all of the staff at Cliff Wall for making this such an awesome, easy experience!!
