Cliff Wall I was really happy with this dealership. Everyone I worked with was super friendly and helpful. My salesperson took extra time to show me all the bells and whistles on the vehicle. Really didn't want the sunroof, but Greg explained that all 2020 Foresters come with it. Never had one, this will be a new experience. 2020 Ascent Good job by all I did not think a Subaru was going to be our next car until we openly compared this car with no prejudiced compared to a Toyota Highlander and Hyundai palisade. If you look at the quality price and value this honestly is by far the best choice we look forward to learning more about the car and enjoying it over the next several years.
Nothing Unusal We've had out Outback since 2015. This visit was the same as all of our other visits - great service but this was nothing unusual at Cliff Wall. Every service visit at Cliff Wall has been handled with attention to our needs, open and friendly communication, successful resolution of our concerns (and there haven't been many with our Subaru) and prompt completion of the required work. Thanks for being a consistent 5 star service provider.
Robin was excellent Robin was great, from pre-sale all the way through final delivery. She kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and answered any questions I had.

Nice selection & friendly staff Very knowledgeable but some confusion on features in various models. Easy to work with and people were very friendly. Dealership was clean with nice waiting area.
