Great service They understood my needs. Everything was very well explained. Parts were in stock and installed right away. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Overall a great experience.
Transmission replacement Took care of my issue with Subaru very quickly and got the car back in less than a week. They work with Subaru to have our transmission replace after the warranty was expired.
Wasted Money Charged me $80 to do a diagnostic check for a dash light that I could have had done for free at autozone or O-Reilly.
New Forester No major issued with process. Disappointed that I was told to put 5 stars on all reviews. Review not valid if that is what is expected.
Great experience Our salesman, Candido, spent a good amount of time with us after we purchased the new car to review all the car features. He even followed up with a phone call a week later to make sure we were pleased and that everything was working.
Met expectations Great service. Got me in for an alignment late on a weekday. Fast service. Caring staff. Decent waiting room. No complaints. Found a recall on my car and scheduled me a visit the next day to fix it.
Timely and flexible I needed a car quickly. They helped me find one suited to my driving tastes and made sure to explain the features available and how to utilize them. They worked with me on additional options and made sure I left with exactly what I wanted.
accomodating staff We were delayed for for bringing the car in for service. The service team hey even washed the car and finished the service in the time they indicated.
The work was completed as indicated. Average, the courtesy driver was the first to acknowledge me. They quoted me of the time needed and they were able to finish in less time.
