Very good customer service Our sales rep Candido Candelaria did an excellent job explaining the features of the car, took us on a test drive and completed the sale.

Oil change Service writer was rude when I questioned about cost of oil change, since I’d never paid $60 for one before. My car doesn’t use synthetic oil. He never bothered to look that up. My husband discovered my car was significantly leaking oil the day after service. Mike took great care to make arrangements to pick up my car, clean up the oil on our garage floor, stay in contact with me during the process, and bring my vehicle to work once the missing gasket on my oil plug was replaced. Super Subaru Dealer Trustworthy dealership, good service dept, This is our third Subaru purchase. The first two were Outbacks and now an Ascent. Best car we have ever had.

Could have been better I had noticed after my last oil change a piece hanging down under my vehicle. After this oil change i asked if they had reattached it. They brought it back into the service garage and it had not been reattached. When I inquired why, one of the service writers said " they could just remove it. " I don't care if it's necessary or not, it's part of my original vehicle.

Lack of Communication The cars are nice, BUT THEY LACK COMMUNICATION! I’ve said this 3 times already in other surveys THAT THEY NEED to communicate better! Also, THEY REALLY NEED TO CARE about their customers. I told them a concern I had on 10/25/19 and they didn’t seem to care about it. It’s like we’re just a number and a “money bag.” Customer service sucks everywhere now and it would be nice if employees would JUST START CARING!

Best experience ever in purchasing a new vehicle High resale value of my Mazda trade-in was a big factor in making a purchase at Cliff Wall.
