In November 1929, Cliff Wall, Sr opened Cliff Wall Motor Sales in Downtown Green Bay. In the almost 90 years since, our location, name, and vehicles have gone through a few changes, but one thing that's remained the same: Our commitment to serving Northeast Wisconsin through our family-run business.

Recall Service work The recall work was done in a timely fashion. It took a little longer than expected but only 15-30 minutes longer. They did take the time to look over the car and found a filter that needed changing.
Oil change The one thing requested to be done/inspected other than the oil change was to check the wind screen wipers- this did not occur.. instead they went on with the tires, which are great one visit, then ban the next, then great again.....and we did not do anything with them.
Standard maintenance Making the appointment was very easy. Dropped off car in morning before work, got a call earlier enough to have the shuttle pick me up during my lunch to pick it up. No hassles, everything was done quick, great service
I bought the perfect car to meet my wants and needs, Everything went smoothly. I can't remember all the information given to me when I picked up the car. Robin was patient and said I could come back anytime. I certainly will.
Great Service The service dept was so helpful. I misunderstood my service agreement...thought I had two more oil changes than I had actually contracted for. They generously agreed to give me an extra one just because I had misunderstood. They are always more than helpful and completely explain everything which I appreciate.
Friendly and knowledgeable salesman - Greg Smith. Sales experience was good with the exception of the day of closing. I was assured that the paperwork would be ready to sign upon arrival at 11:00 AM. Closing paperwork was not complete and I had to wait until about 12:30 - 12:45 PM to sign the papers. Once the papers were ready, the signing did go smoothly. Also, I was not greeted by anyone on my initial walk into the dealership - it took more than a few minutes to find a rep to talk to about possibly purchasing a vehicle.
Friendly and professional We experienced nothing but the best service. Our salesman was extremely friendly,knowledgeable, and patient. He thoroughly went over every facet of the forester with us.
Oil Change/winterize Went in for my oil change and as always excellent quick service, with a car wash added!! The next day my air pressure light went on..as a neurotic woman I was panicked, never saw this warning light before, went back in on my lunch hour and they checked my tires, filled them with air and all was fine in a matter of minutes!They are the BEST!
Brought in the wife’s Mazda CX-7 for some recalls to be done. When we received the vehicle back I noticed a clunking noise in the front end. Brought it back in and had it checked out just to verify the problem. Turns out one of the wheel bearings was bad and needed to be replaced.
