In November 1929, Cliff Wall, Sr opened Cliff Wall Motor Sales in Downtown Green Bay. In the almost 90 years since, our location, name, and vehicles have gone through a few changes, but one thing that's remained the same: Our commitment to serving Northeast Wisconsin through our family-run business.

Excellent customer service and care Rob, the driver and the mechanics are all great. So are the women who work in the payment center. Always excellent service and support! I appreciate that Rob always remembers me and our previous conversations.

routine maintenance with a twist The work was done efficiently and the shuttle service was excellent. Two very nice people for drivers. HOWEVER, my only complaint is that when I got into my car in your parking lot, it stunk. Yes, you heard me right, stunk like dirty underwear. I am a nurse, so I recognize different body odors. I am not sure if the smell came from the seat or floor mats, so any possibility of how it got there. I had to Febreze the entire car to get the smell out. I am very surprised. hitch installation The installation process took the amounted time stated. The staff was friendly. I received a call when my car was done since i was given a loaner car.

Friendly, professional, fair and knowledgable Our salesman, Greg Smith, was very good. He knows his product, is very friendly, was attentive to our concerns and interests, and took all the time we needed to feel comfortable with our decision to buy from Cliff Wall. The other people we had contact were also attentive and friendly.

No work completed I bought my car from Cliff Wall, back in 2014, had all service work completed on the car by them for all maintenance, with exception of a few oil changes I did outside. Went to have my car checked due to flashing dashboard lights, they wanted to charge me $89 just for diagnosis. Disappointed that they could not look over the car for any needed repairs after I put them first w/ maintenance of the vehicle
