In November 1929, Cliff Wall, Sr opened Cliff Wall Motor Sales in Downtown Green Bay. Mazda CX -3 was cold starting very rough We are not done with service. I picked up car on Thursday evening of last week (I live in Menominee, MI) It drives fine from a warm start. When I went to start the car on Friday morning with a cold start, it repeated its problem. This initial problem came from another car dealer in Madison. Cliff Wall is trying to fix the problem. Great Price & Customer service oriented Got a Great Price on a 2020 Subaru Forester Premium. Cliff Wall gave me the price and everything else I asked for and seem to be very Customer service oriented. It is obvious that they work hard to assure customer satisfaction.

Damaged vehicle while performing an oil change. Damaged the rocker panel on my MX-5 Miata by not using the proper lift point. This type of screw up on a Mazda vehicle by a Mazda dealer is inexcusable. The follow up by the service manager, however, was open and upfront. He pointed out the damage and arranged for a replacement panel. Not a pleasant experience, but they made the best out of a bad situation.
