oil change/tire rotation Staff was very professional and easy to work with... I had a scratch on my vehicle and they took care of it, no charge! Service was fast and great quality.

Cliff Wall needs a wake up call This dealership still treats women like second class citizens. My sales person was a woman and phenomenal, attentive and great follow through. BUT, the atmosphere of the dealership is old school: men ignore female customers on the sales floor and in the service Dept. When called out, they didn’t accept responsibility or apologize. Freindly and on time. Freindly customer service rep. Listened well to my concerns and acted on them accordingly. Is was in and out of the dealer in less than 1 hour for oil and filter change, tire rotation, cabin air filter change and fixed a rattle in the cabin.

second car purchased from dealership--friendly helpful! only complaint was the front grill wasn't clean and they forgot to put the winter mats back into the car after cleaning it. we had to rush through learning about car features because of another appointment but Robin was very good at covering the high-lights and we were able to make it to next doctors appt. on time.in closing we must say that we have had previous dealings with Cliff Wall and he has been very honest and fair.

Excellent and second to none service!! Cliff Wall service department is top notch. They have always fitted me into their schedule to fit my schedule. This is our second Subaru Forester and couldn't be more happy with the car. We had a new 2014 Limited and then upon my wife's retirement, she bought herself a present, a 2017 Forester touring. The service department has always explained to us what they did or what service is scheduled next. ALL the service writers do a commendable job. We couldn't be more happy.

Got car washed, windows were spotted. Cleaned at home. Took care of everything that I asked about and wanted. Got car washed, windows were spotted. Cleaned them when I got home. Not much to do while waiting, brought my own magazine. I asked how long it might take when I made the appointment. Was told about an hour, took 1 hour and 35 minutes.

Excellent Service I live in Appleton and drive to Cliff Wall in Green Bay because of the excellent service and professional staff I have grown to trust. I am treated with respect, they are friendly, and I feel I'm in good hands with them. The service I receive on my vehicle is outstanding and have never had a problem. Mike Destiche is the best Service Manager I have ever encountered.

Qiuck easy and Fair Wife and I walked in talked with Robin, she had exactly what we wanted. She knew her product explained all the options we had' Had our vehicle appraised; we signed the contract set a day and time and it was ready as promised. signed our name a few times with Nick Schmidt and we were on our way; very Happy.
