In November 1929, Cliff Wall, Sr opened Cliff Wall Motor Sales in Downtown Green Bay. In the almost 90 years since, our location, name, and vehicles have gone through a few changes, but one thing that's remained the same: Our commitment to serving Northeast Wisconsin through our family-run business.

good service and sales experience Service was just oil change, plus fixing one annoying rattle - expeditiously handled. Service writer was ROB\44. While waiting I spoke to Robin Rose about trade-in values. She was ver helpful and pleasant to deal with - appreciated.

Battery Problems Because of battery problems, we were given a new and bigger battery without hesitation. We were treated very well. It was the second time we had a dead battery in our 2017 Subaru.

Will definitely come back when looking for next new car Dan and Greg were very patient with us. Stayed late on a Saturday and spent most of another afternoon to make sure we got the right car for us. Finance Person Nick was also very helpful. We never felt any pressure at any point during the process.

Bad tire - Good service Service was excellent. The car I bought had a defective tire that caused the car to pull to the right. They discovered the problem and promptly corrected it

Excellent customer service and comfortable waiting room. I always get great customer service. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and the waiting area is very comfortable and accommodating. Keep it up and I will keep coming back!

Satisfied Customer Called to make service arrangements, was given a reasonable estimate amount. A recall was also taken care of at the same time and they gave me a very nice loaner car at no extra charge. Picked car up but it wasn't running right when I got home, so I called to let them know. They sent a flatbed truck to pick it up, corrected the problem and delivered the car back to me at no charge. Mistakes happen, but I thought they did a good job of making things right. I am a satisfied customer. Bob Evsich

Missing parts order. Mazda, not the cliff wall dealership missed ordering all the parts needed for new hitch install. It was an inconvenience to me and my family. and a little sloppy with interior install. Weather stripping was a little messy for the technician. Cliff wall did whatever was necessary for the inconvenience, thank you.

Would have been good if they had ordered it the first time Was upset that we waited a month for a new mirror as ours was defective. To call and find out...it was never ordere! After it did come in....service was good.

Very easy - good service Everyone is friendly, pleasant, efficient. The servicing was done in less time than they said it would take. they didn’t wash ther vehicle this time - but it was snowing and messy outside.
