In November 1929, Cliff Wall, Sr opened Cliff Wall Motor Sales in Downtown Green Bay. In the almost 90 years since, our location, name, and vehicles have gone through a few changes, but one thing that's remained the same: Our commitment to serving Northeast Wisconsin through our family-run business.

Emergency check up Awesome. My battery died after only two years of service. My dealership replaced it for free with a bigger battery and did an additional update. Plus did a free car wash.

They are not listening I asked them to make sure display was set the way is was received. I was assured it was. But it wasn't. They want to change oil earlier then mfg recommendation but have no answer as to why. Very disappointed!

oil change and tire rotation had a routine oil change and tire rotation.... all went well... will return in 6 months.... so far no major problems with Legacy.. good overall vehicle

Defective tire (bulging) Vehicle was brought to the dealership to discuss an issue (bulging tire). Dealership immediately advised against driving the vehicle and promptly provided a free loaner vehicle. Dealership was then contacted to see if a trailer hitch could be install while the tire issue was being resolved. Dealership accommodated our request.

a plus we had are suv serviced for several issues and they were nice enough to give us a loaner that only needed to be refilled on return. free wash was given also and vary friendly people make this a good service.

excelent service Service was great! Porters were polite, entertaining, knowledgeable and the best looking. They all are deserving of a $2/hour raise. Porters are the best around!!

Quick and Easy Very friendly and helpful. I don't remember everyone I worked with (the ones with the photos are helpful), but they were all equally helpful. I had a few small issues with my used car I purchased from them, and they fixed it free of charge. This is my second Subaru purchase from here and I will only buy my future Subaru's from them.

Everyone was very helpful and listened to my concerns. My salesman was very attentive to what I was looking for in my next vehicle taking into account my budget without sacrificing some of the options I wanted on my next vehicle. He was very thorough in showing me how the vehicle performed on the roadways and all the bells and whistles inside the vehicle. He even went into the brand of tires on the vehicle, which I thought was outstanding customer service!

Satisfied with Service I booked the service on line. That went very smoothly. The Outback was taken into the service bay as soon as I arrived. The service itself seemed to take longer than it usually does, though there is a whole list of items covered. The name of the service people are not listed on the invoice. I wish they were. The free car wash left water spots on the vehicle body and the exterior mirrors.
