In November 1929, Cliff Wall, Sr opened Cliff Wall Motor Sales in Downtown Green Bay. In the almost 90 years since, our location, name, and vehicles have gone through a few changes, but one thing that's remained the same: Our commitment to serving Northeast Wisconsin through our family-run business.

30,000 mi check John was great to work with! I don't like playing the coupon game and it would have been nice if someone would have told me that the set destinations on my GPS had been erased. Good thing I was in WI and somewhat knew the area!

Steering Wheel Vibration I stopped in on a Friday morning before work to have my Impreza serviced and to have them take a look at a vibration in my steering wheel. They set me up with a loaner and I was on my way. Within a couple hours John called me back with an update that my rim was actually bent. He told me what the total cost would be right away to replace it, and then offered to order a refurbished rim instead of brand-new in order to save some money. Reduced trade offer based on vehicle I selected I was offered $2000 less in my trade once I decided to lease versus buy and we were only told the new offer after we decided to pursue the vehicle. After a long conversation and the appraiser/manager getting upset in the process we were given our initial offer. It was very uncomfortable and I would likely not go back. Service I worked with rob on a issue with faulty rab system . They repaired the system right firsttime and the service was fast everyone that I came in contact with was very helpful as usual

Friendly, professional We were greeted with very friendly personal. Told them what we were there for and they told us where to go. We looked around in a very neat and clean showroom and waiting room, met some very nice people (customers), and before we knew it they said our Lancer was serviced and ready to go. The personal were all so friendly and service was fast and professional. We have recommended Cliff Wall to our friends and neighbors. Really like our new Lancer!

Low Oil Dash Light came on. The low oil dash light came on before my recommended date for oil change. I went to the Cliff Wall service station, and Monica had the oil level checked for me. It was determined that I could safely drive for a while. She offered to make an appointment that day, but I chose to come in a few days later. I appreciated the peace of mind I had for the interim.

Service I was able to drop my car off the night before. They called in the morning to see if I wanted the tires rotated because I hadn’t specified on the overnight form. They called when the car was done and it was washed when I picked it up.
