New Subaru My wife and I stopped in to test drive a Subaru Crosstrek and an Impreza. Greg Smith greeted us and was very helpful and knowledgeable with the vehicles. There was no pushy sales tactics. We purchased the Crosstrek a few days later and the entire process went very well.

First time service at Cliff Wall Would of given a 5 Star but when I booked the service they did not tell me it would be at another location than the Mitsubishi dealership. I did call back and talk to a very nice lady who directed me to the correct spot! I think her name was Cathy! Every thing else was great

STANDARD SERVICE AND TIRE SITUATION Had an appointment for a tire situation and standard service through warranty. Very prompt and courteous in all aspects. Had flat spots on three of my four tires which I had pointed out to the Service Manager Mike some days ago after he too several rides with me. After contacting my Subaru Representative, they informed me this situation was very unusual as I y have 25,000 miles on my Outback. oil change Over all I'm happy with my service at Cliff Wall. The only thing I'd like to see is a rearrangement of the waiting area. It is well stocked with snacks, beverages, tv, and magazines, but it is kind of divided in two sections where one side can see the tv and the other cannot. At my recent visit the place was hopping. So I had to sit in the section where I couldn't see the tv. Not a big deal because they got me in and out pretty quick.
