Excellent Service The Gentleman I think Will went above and beyond to get me a bike rack, even arranging for Duane Wiegand to drop it off at my house on a Saturday.

Hard to top this experience I'm a first time car buyer, at least from a dealership. I came in initially to lease, a new BRZ, but they had a used one on the lot. As soon as I drove it my heart was set. The sales person Will, helped me out incredibly, he's a great converser and overall just a great guy. Nick in the finance department was such a great help, laying everything out that I should be aware of when it comes to purchasing a vehicle, and the warranties that can come with it. Disappointed Took my vehicle in for a recall, a few days later i noticed a dark spot on seat that took me over an hour to remove. It appeared to be grease or oil. That shouldn't be found on a vehicle after being serviced, especially if it can damage the interior. I have also brought in my car for regular maintenance in the past. During which i was quoted one price over the phone but then had to pay a much higher price when i arrived. I am very disappointed with this dealer and will be taking my service elsewhere from now on.

my mistake Drained transmission fluid out instead of old oil. Called right away Rob (service tech writer) told me what to do and what not to do. They got me in the next day. Very please with service andall the addition help.
