I feel the billing at the Cleveland Clinic is fraudulent at best. I went to see my PCP at a stand alone facility, not an actual hospital and was billed as an "outpatient hospital visit" which caused my bill to be over $400.00 vs. a $30.00 co-pay. Billing would not budge on this stating "this is how we bill everyone". Beware of this practice and speak to your PCP on how they code your visit so you won't be overcharged. How can they get away with this?

HORRIBLE!!!! I was early for my appointment and waited over an hour and was never called back!!! So many ppl walked in after me and was able to go back within minutes! This is my first pregnancy and first appointment & I’ll never return back to this horrible place

Billed at higher rate urgent care facility even though it was his primary doctor’s office. My son has been going there for years. Cleveland Clinic took it over and apparently now if you go it is considered Urgent Care. Billing wouldn’t hear it. Never will I return.

I have seen Dr. ***** in Sebastian for a year. He enters things in my record on days that I did not see him. He exaggerates problems in my records that caused me to be uninsured. He schedules appointments for tests without consulting me or even letting me know about the appointment. I tried to change doctors at the Sebastian Clinic and was told I needed Fonji's permission. He refused to let me change doctors. I called the Patient Experience number to file a complaint and left a message, but they never returned my call.

Went for blood work in May. My vein and tendon was aggravated by the needle. Went to my doctor she ordered a ultrasound to look for clots. And told me we would start there. Her words to me was looks like the needle aggravated the vein and possibly the nerve. After the ultrasound came back, no clots. I had to call her for 2 days for her to tell me the results of the test, which they had already. Then spent the rest of the week trying to find out what the next step was. Was refused tests. Had a bad experience with them. I was given an order for a breast ultrasound by my Cleveland clinic doctor and they refused to do it without a mammogram. I have had several mammos, in the past and all are inconclusive, had to do an ultrasound. The last one was in 2015 again inconclusive, I made the appointment, got a call that protocol states I have to do the mammo anyway, I said to the tech to cancel the whole thing done I then got a confirmation, so was unsure if it was now ok maybe they talked to doctor. Terrible service and pricing for patients without insurance. I went to a walk in clinic to get antibiotics and received a bill of 500 dollars! The charges are ridiculous 183 dollars for being a new patient, facility charge of 110 dollars.... for what, sitting in the room for 3 minutes before leaving with my prescription. Going to an ER would have been cheaper than visiting this walk in clinic.

Was referred to a nutritionist without knowing it is not a service normally covered by insurance. Cleveland Clinic is trying to charge me $580 for two 15-minute visits where I was basically given informational packets. Absolutely outrageous! What they are charging is more than double the average cost for something I could have been directed to research myself online at home.

My 85 year old Mother-In-Law has been in Cleveland Clinic, Stuart, FL for over 2 weeks... we are in PA. She has been calling daily about the horrible treatment she is receiving and how she made her way downstairs with a walker and a major leg wound to voice her complaints, which made things worse. No sponge bath for over 10 days, wound care 2xs in 10 days, cold food, forced activity and extremely rough treatment overall.
