I would not give any stars! First appt with PA, second appt. made with doctor because PA no longer works there was cancelled with no notice after waiting 2 months! Drive an hour to find out it was cancelled even though we checked MyChart before we left the house. The bathroom in the lobby was not clean!

I went to see Todd *******MD for refills. I normally see Scott *******His LPN who assessed me told me that Todd has been harassing his patients all day about getting the COVID vaccine, and that it was starting to make her mad. She also said many felt forced to do so, and ended up getting one. So she left and he came in the room then, didn’t even say hi, or greet me.. after we got my refill taken care of, he asked me about the COVID vaccine. He asked if I’ve been vaccinated, I said no. Had an issue with a doctor’s lack of communication that went to Ombudsman. They decided to simply remove me from department and transfer me to functional medicine. A year later, sicker than I was. No one responds or calls back including Ombudsman that can not answer this question: how many autoimmine conditions does one have to have to get another dr in rheumatology? I have 3. However, they have no problem communicating with billing. Ironically, most of functional med not covered by insurance.

Be aware of this Hospital and Staff at the Weston location. They overbill for procedures and when asked why the cost for simple procedures are so high one representative actually told me that "Cleveland Clinic is know for being a High-Priced Hospital because of its reputation." My husband received a routine endoscopy and colonoscopy with Dr. Rahman Asad which I called to ask for pricing multiple times before the procedure. Four years ago, while going through a complex heart operation at the Cleveland Clinic I was subject to cruel and abusive treatment by night staff at the last night of my staying there, Up to that time, and throughout the treatment it was highly professional. At the last night and while I was sleeping, two of the night shift staff (a young man and a young woman) suddenly entered my room, after activating a very loud alarm with bright flickering light in my room. I been here for 5 hours my neck is bent with severe pain shooting down my arm and back. I was told that I couldn't get a neck brace or anything for pain. I've been sitting in the waiting area for 5 hours crying my eyes out and in excurciating pain. I ask the front desk if they could call a staff to help me and she told me she wasn't calling anybody that I needed to sit down. I can't bend my neck so I've had to seat with my neck bent over causing me more pain. 3 people who got here after me were called back before me. I can't... read more

Patient was seen by Dr. Erin **** on Tuesday, May 11th at Rocky River Urgent Care. Patient tested positive for strep throat. Dr. Erin **** refused to give doctor’s note to excuse patient from an exam the following morning and said patient “should feel back to normal by 10pm”, just 8 hours after the urgent care visit. Symptoms continued to get worse and patient went back to urgent care on Thursday, May 13th. Dr p**** over perceived medication for my husband which resulted in his attempt to take his own life. In 7 months he perceived 3 different antidepressants 2 different t tranquilizers and 3 different sleeping pills. He over dosed

After a total of 103 minutes of wasted time dealing with the Pulmonary department, I'm still waiting for a clearance letter from Dr* ******** and his team. This is absolutely ridiculous and very frustrating!!!
