Would have been a 5 star after my experience earlier this year when buying a lovely necklace, however after our recent treatment in there I'll never be darkening their door again. I appreciate that they may well get a lot of people coming in to find out their ring size, only for them to never be seen again as they've purchased elsewhere (online).
