Great service from start to finish, sales team weren’t pushy and just left me to look around with no hassle, found a car I liked and took it for a drive, had to wait until the weekend to pick it up due to a few bits that needed rectifying, which they were happy to sort. 5* service and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new car 👍
Put bluntly in my opinion these guys are con artists. My experience mirrors the below reviews. I bought a car that on the surface seemed in good condition. 3 days later it broken down on me. In order to get a refund I was set back about £700, when asked they informed me that they would not cover any costs that were a result of them selling me a car that broke down 3 days later. I would avoid at all costs, in my opinion how they are operating is close to criminal.

Bunch of people with no manners. Very bad customer service. I wish I could give them less than one star. Agreed on price.wouldnt let us test drive the car And asked to agree on full price once agreed being told to get the money sorted which was cash.went back with a cash and being told that price has gone up by £600 as it was a mistake In price 🤔. £600 within 10 mins after agreeing to sell the car.excuse was given that car is automatic and they are worth more than it was advertised. Avoid if you can Thanks
