This process was a little overwhelming at times. If not for Gary ****** and his enormous knowledge, this process became so much better. Whenever there was a question he answered promptly and if he didn't know he would quickly find the answer. I would definitely recommend asking for Gary or referring people due to his ability to make the process go smoothly. Thank you Gary ****** for everything you have done for Rob and I. We will forever keep you in our prayers.

Bought my 2020 home which was made2019. The quality is hard to beiieve. Much like their concerns of problems that arise. It goes all the way through corporate. Run from this place . Things you should check are seals around windows and doors. You may have lots of rot shortly after purchase, but with only a 1 yr warranty they wont cover Due to these not having seals where contractors say there should be as the norm. Shower doors have a gap of a half inch from top to bottom also. New stove interlocks closed , they had to change... read more

We seal doors with silicone back when home is set up. Upon hearing from you, our retail team offered to replace the door out of courtesy at our cost for contractors, and advised since the home is 2 years out of warranty, and issues would need to be addressed with the insurance company.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. First of all, we haven't even got to move into our home that we purchased. Because all we do is get the run around from them when it comes to hooking up the utilities. They lie and they don't even know what the heck is going on with the utilies, that we signed a contract and made extra for them to take care of. They delay everything. The first week they came out to work on the house they only worked a total of 3 hrs max and then never come back after lunch. We are going on a month ... read more

Paid cash for our home a year ago. Still has problems that need fix. They have been here 2 York don’t show up till 12 and leave at 5. Waste of money.

Hi. We bought a three bedroom home from Clayton’s in Harriman, Tn in 2013. The salesman, Ben ******** was so great to work with us. He even showed up at the site the day the home was delivered and set up. Their guys did an excellent job of installing and securing the trailer to the concrete pad, that we’ve never had any issues, even though we get some hefty winds on the hill where we live. Our mfg home came from Rutledge tn. It was built in 2020. We now have to get a new roof. Everytime the wind blew or there was a bad storm, it would blow shingles off. Clayton Homes sent out the customer care tech. He told my husband that they did not tar down from the apex to the third row down and that was what my husband needed to do. He said he had to do that on his home from clayton and it was common because the roofers who install the homes dont do it. BUYER BEWARE! Seriously! This is ridiculous! I'm new to Virginia and saw the sign advertisement on the side of the road. I like how the model homes looked so I decided to stop in. When I stopped in, I immediately asked do I need to schedule an appointment to tour the homes and learn more. I had to continuously ask for more information, a brochure or pamphlet, something. The lady that came out to greet me gave me the impression that she didn't want me there and even proceeded to tell me I would need $350k to purchase just 1 bedroom more model than the one advertised for... read more

First off, it is 1 star only because you can't give 0. We bought our home from Clayton Homes of Troy, MO in 2021. Everything started off great with the salesperson, but soon went downhill when we had to deal with the person in charge of the location, Tim Donaldson. We were told that the home we were purchasing came with a screen door for the front, it just wasn't put on the model home. When our home arrived, no screen door.
