Cnaging all aresabof my life from diet as im type 1 diabetc to learning my body to function again. Looking to the future with clear goals within the Claymore family .

Have been training at claymore for over 5 years now , and from the first day i walked into the gym , to this very day ever time I walk in , I am greeted with I nice welcome from Dan who is the main man and everyone who works there and trains at the gym. Everyone is friendly and i have made a lot of new friends . If you need help then customers who train there put themselves out, claymore is a gym family, I would recommend anyone to join up .
