Brilliant service from start to finish
Fitted my Amtico floor on behalf of David Wilson Homes and failed to prepare the floor. A repair was needed a month later and when they did that they used mastic to fix the 2 new planks down to cover up the poor preparation. Finally the whole floor needed proper preparation and a new screed. It was possible to rip out 30sqm of the original flooring in 40 minutes. I contacted them but no response, explanation or apology other than to confirm they fitted the flooring.
Poor quality initial job which they were unable to fix in 3 years. Eventually hid behind the demise of Stewart Milne Construction and walked away ceasing all communications. Could not recommend.
