As usual, "As usual, this time they were so polite and helpful. They called me with updates to the status of my repairs. Amazingly he expedited the repairs so that my car was ready to be picked up a day earlier than estimated, saving me another day of expensive rental car charges. On my first repair, they had forgotten to fix a very minor area of scratches. My husband had just died so I told him I'd bring it back some other time. Over Expectations I was so pleased with the work that the business did I would give them a 10 on a 1 to 5 scale. I was very pleased with the work that was done to the vehicle. Also, the work was done faster than promised. The place of business was better in appearance than expected, it was bigger and nicer. I was taken back by how nice and how fast that they got the vehicle done. I wish that I would have found this business sooner, when I had my other accidents.
good job I was backed into by an SUV and the rear quarter panel, bumper and passenger door frame had to be replaced. This took a couple weeks but ultimately looked good as new! The paint matched everything perfectly even though by then it was already 2 years old and on its third bumper. They even gave me a bottle of touch up paint!
