Best I just want to thank everyone who helped me get my car fixed. I had my car towed and that was a disaster. I was so emotional. When I got to Classic Collision they made me feel comfortable. I settled down and they told me exactly what to expect. They were patient and kind. My car was fixed and I was back on the road like it never happened. Thanks so much.
Recommend I highly recommend Classic Collision. I had to pay for my repairs out of my own pocket, and they were more than willing to work with me to get me the best price possible. I was happy with their estimate, and they ended up charging me less than they'd quoted. The job was done on time, and the car looks great!
they kept me in the loop I had a minor dent which was not difficult for any body shop to repair. BUT -- my car is silver, and every body shop will tell you this is the toughest color to match. I decided to bring it here to Classic Collision and they did a superb job it looks flawless. They are friendly, professional, and communicative -- they kept me in the loop on their progress with the car. Even though I didn't need a ride for drop-off or pickup, they offered several times. I highly recommend them!
Amazing! My experience with Classic Collision was absolutely amazing! They kept me informed the entire time, got my car in & out at an exceptional time. When my car came out it looked brand spanking new! vacuumed out, detailed and washed. I was totally impressed! In fact, I had to make sure they gave me the right car back! Exceptional on every level. I will only take my business and refer my friends and family to classic collision.
good I've used Classic Collision on Buford Highway for many years. I got my car back today and this was the best experience yet. The customer service provided by Robert Royals (and others in the office) was excellent. Robert was quick to respond, polite and helpful. I took delivery of my car on Wed. before Thanksgiving - a warning light came on to turn the engine off when driving it on Thanksgiving Day.
