Fast The Classic Collision crew are very helpful. They did a touch up paint job on my car very fast. I dropped off my car during my lunch break and it was done when I got off from work. Thank you guys for all your help and I'll bring my car for any services.
The best by far Great service and great prices!! I don't know why people in Atlanta choose to go anywhere else for auto repair. I've looked at a lot of auto body shops and Classic Collision is the best by far.
Customer care These guys are wonderful! I had a small accident and brought my car to them. They worked directly with my insurance company, so I didn't have to get a lot of estimates and do all that paperwork. They got my car in and repaired it in a very reasonable amount of time. As usual, "As usual, this time they were so polite and helpful. They called me with updates to the status of my repairs. Amazingly he expedited the repairs so that my car was ready to be picked up a day earlier than estimated, saving me another day of expensive rental car charges. On my first repair, they had forgotten to fix a very minor area of scratches. My husband had just died so I told him I'd bring it back some other time. Quality As a single- mother of two young girls, currently out of work and dealing with the frustrations of a car accident, the exceptional quality of both there customer care was more than a relief.
Good Job The mechanics did a good job of telling me details about what they were doing and how long it may take. The car drives as well as it did the first day I got it... now I will be more careful driving in the rain and watching out for puddles LOL!!!!
Incredible handiwork Simply outstanding customer service! I came in just to get a quote for a paint job on a few nasty-looking scratches I knew it wouldn't be a cheap repair, but Classic Collision was able to save me money by having the cheapest quote. Flawless Their process is pretty flawless. It didn't cost me a dime to get my car repaired, get a rental, and get home safely. I won't have to spend another minute on the phone with the insurance company, either. And although these sound like obvious things, would you really expect it to be so easy?
