Great About a month ago I got into a horrible fender bender. The other car was completely fine. I was looking for a place that would get me in and out. I was glad to find Classic Collision because they were fast and efficient. Thank you Classic Collision.
Fixed it up I decided this place was worth a try, especially after a recent incident where a drunken fool backed into my tail light, and said it "jumped in his way!" yeah, whatever. Anyhow, I had called around to my dealership and a few other places to get an idea of what the damage could cost, figuring a new tail light cover wouldn't be that much, and was getting quotes anywhere from $1000 to $1500. I never feel taken advantaged of They never overcharge or try to get you to pay for services you don't really need. I trust them 100% and it's a great feeling to trust your auto mechanic. I never feel taken advantaged of.
The gentleman that The gentleman that I personally dealt with was very helpful and very responsive and always kept me informed on updates. I picked up my repaired vehicle today and it's looks as good as new. I will definitely recommend anyone needed this type of repair to use Classic Collision.
BEST customer service They have the BEST customer service of any business that I've dealt with. They are honest and willing to go above and beyond to help their customers. I don't have a lot of money to spare on fixing my cars, but I can't resist taking them to Classic Collision.

Excellent customer service Not only did Classic Collision do good work in a timely fashion, but they also had everything I needed to rent a car, and made that process painless. They take care to provide excellent customer service. In the end, the work was perfect, and you couldn't even tell I had been in an accident.
