Customer care These guys are wonderful! I had a small accident and brought my car to them. They worked directly with my insurance company, so I didn't have to get a lot of estimates and do all that paperwork. They got my car in and repaired it in a very reasonable amount of time. As usual, "As usual, this time they were so polite and helpful. They called me with updates to the status of my repairs. Amazingly he expedited the repairs so that my car was ready to be picked up a day earlier than estimated, saving me another day of expensive rental car charges. On my first repair, they had forgotten to fix a very minor area of scratches. My husband had just died so I told him I'd bring it back some other time. Good Job The mechanics did a good job of telling me details about what they were doing and how long it may take. The car drives as well as it did the first day I got it... now I will be more careful driving in the rain and watching out for puddles LOL!!!!
Flawless Their process is pretty flawless. It didn't cost me a dime to get my car repaired, get a rental, and get home safely. I won't have to spend another minute on the phone with the insurance company, either. And although these sound like obvious things, would you really expect it to be so easy?
