Dealt with Kevin for the purchase of new carpets for lounge and dining room, very helpful and delivered on time as arranged, excellent fitting job by Kevin & colleague, will return again when need in the future.
Not recommended - unprofessional. Plugged in phones to charge without asking. Constantly on the phone. One of them had family arrive in a car for a chat and a cigarette break!!!Very much felt they were rushing - damaged architraves around doors when cutting for LVT to go under - poor quality workmanship. Floor looks good, only down to the quality of the product….as long as you don’t look too closely! When they left, we found a discarded vape container in the downstairs loo. We’ve had carpets from Classic Carpets and Flooring for years, in different houses and their service has always been fantastic! They are well priced, very friendly and professional, and do an excellent job! We recommend them to everyone and will continue to use them in the future!!
