Very unprofessional. The plumber made an appointment, and then just no showed, and didn't return calls.

Chris Clark and his apprentice or journeyman (not sure which), James, converted old galvanized water pipes to PEX and did some other plumbing work at a few of our rental properties recently. Chris was responsive by phone and by text. Chris arrived when he said he would to quote each job, and he and James showed up when expected to do the work.
