Julie and Bonnie are the dream team! I was so nervous and anxious about my coil being removed and refitted. As soon as I walked in the door Bonnie put me at ease. Julie was simply excellent, she went through everything in detail and reassured me I would be ok. I was extremely concerned about the pain of having it done. I had an appointment with Julie for a Kyleena fitting and having felt very nervous going in she put me at ease straight away. I went down a rabbit hole of watching reviews online and as a result made myself very anxious going in.
