Spoke to a man called William Barnes, VERY rude and unhelpful. A waste of time. Would not recommend! Amateur.

Just a reminder to everyone about how Orlando Reid tried their hardest to screw me a while back (unsuccessfully). They subsequently also tried to report my negative review to Google to have it deleted (also unsuccessfully). I still feel so angry about this and feel it's important to warn others about the conduct of this agency, even after some time has passed - here's my original review:- AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!!
