Friendly helpful staff, very clean. My daughter loved it.
My first disappointment was the snow & ice had not been clear after few days of it snowing , needed to lay salt asap. Not safe . Very cold inside not sure if heating was on. Drinks and food not great , did get a refund. Walk way / the steps on the outside needed good sweep, tidy. Staff where friendly. On the plus side my grandaughter enjoy herself. Not sure I would rush to go back there.
IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS... Tried to take my nephew here for some fun but when we arrived we looked how we could get in and it was shut. All of their websites and google said it was open however this was a lie. I parked where it said i could but i had to put my reg into a screen in the venue but clearly couldnt do this. I have now left with the possibility of getting a fine for the parking and my nephew crying as he didnt get to go the this play centre.
Brought my children to a birthday party here, haven't been in years but I thought they would of upgraded. Wrong, the place looks completely run down, the moment I walked in all I could smell was a strong stench of urine! After about 5 mins of playing my child walked out of the play area holding 3 living flies, Noticed the whole time we were there just tons and tons of flies,especially in the baby area! Expensive,run down and grotty, smells like urine and fly infested not worth 8.50 per child!
