They offered me a free month but when I left they created fake carpet charges worth $928.00 that were not present when I left. They never did an exit walk through prior to me leaving. My renters insurance sent a check greater than the balance since they took my deposit. Never received the difference back as promised. Oh of course no one could ever provide me pictures of the burnt carpet via email as promised. Great looking property but the overall experience was horrible.
They will make up charges when you leave! Make sure you get all the terms and conditions and save them because they will take advantages of you.
Beautiful, incredible place to live. The staff has been extremely helpful since my arrival. I have seen a lot of negative posts on here about numerous things, but I can tell you that they obviously have not had the experience that I've had. If I could give it 6 stars I would!!!
My move-in experience was absolutely amazing. The leasing officer Riley was extremely helpful! He worked around my hectic schedule thus making the process smooth the amenities are great so is having access to tons of activities here in the Brier Creek area!
Clairmont at Brier Creek is an awesome place to live. The staff are friendly and really want to get to know you. The new club house and pool are so nice and are always kept very clean. After putting in multiple maintence request, all have been completeled in a timely manner, usually within the next day. I would very highly recommend living here!
My lease manager has been completely relational, down to earth and honest. The staff is great, as are the events and apartments. In Raleigh there are tons of apartments. The staff here have made all the difference!
A great place to live! The apartments are beautiful and the staff is very helpful and professional. My girlfriend and I have been very happy here for the last 2 years!
