I’ve thought this place was amazing to live at until i requested a lock change. The technician changed my locks without calling me or letting me know anything so when I got off the office was closed and I’m locked out my house. The after hours call center was the worse. They hung up on me with no regards to the fact that I’m outside of my house with a 4 month old child in 91 degree heat. The technician stated that it would be 4 hours before he can change my locks.

My AC is broke and they are telling me they can’t fix it until next week!!!! Update: 5 Days without AC. 86 degrees inside my apartment.
My husband and I moved here in May and the place is great! The rooms are large and spacious, the staff are very friendly and it is so close to everything. I think the furthest place we had to go to was about 20 minutes away. We love it here.
This is the worst apartment complex ever! Let's start with the disrespectful office staff. They are also very lazy. Maintenance is a joke. We have been here nearly 2 years. I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to anyone! The amenities are terrible compared to the neighboring apartments. They allow anyone to live here. It's a lot of trashy residents. Pool closes at 8pm which is a joke. You can go next door to that complex pool is open all day/night and all year. They allow anyone in the pool that doesn't even live here... read more
