Clare was extremely helpful, gave me a lot of time. She introduced me to walking with poles. I have found them to be a good workout as well as improving my balance on uneven ground. I thoroughly recommend Clare whatever your age.
Was suffering with an ingrowing nail and was recommended seeing Claire and I have to say what a brilliant experience it was, she explained the procedure in detail being very friendly, approachable and reassuring throughout. Highly recommend.
Claire Dallas is a true expert who is also able to explain things impeccably. She was able to help me immediately and answered all my questions. She even called me to discuss what you do whilst waiting to see her for our appointment so I could manage my pain in the meantime. My only regret is not having founded her sooner.
