It was a very poorly managed company. Our team consistently delivered the best care and service to our client. However, after the client passed away, the company dismissed all staff—despite us being on permanent contracts. They unilaterally changed our contracts to zero-hours without our consent, provided no guidance, no proper consultation, and showed no concern for how we would move forward. This was especially disheartening, given the level of care and dedication we gave to the client.

Terrible company. The Head of Clinical Operations (PB) is awful. They always have an (inadequate) excuse for their inability to provide the service which they are contracted to do. They repeatedly don't fill the shifts they are supposed to. Some of the staff they have provided have been terrible - abusive and dangerous to the person they are supposed to be caring for.
