One of your Lorry’s has been blocking the whole private drive way for multiple houses so people were unable to access properties and I was unable to access my house for the last half an hour, got out and spoke to driver who knowingly blocked the driveway and said he can’t move until he’s finished. Ordered roofing and wall sheeting for three small outbuildings product itself is fine, shame the service is a circus. My first batch arrived scratched because they don’t bother protecting anything, so check every panel like you’re inspecting diamonds. Sales team? Let’s just say “uninformed” would be polite. My order was delayed nearly two weeks with the classic “machine’s broken” excuse which happened after a bigger job must’ve rolled in accoridng to my builder who has had this before with them. Ordered some Acoustic Internal Slatted Wall Panels from Cladco Profiles and unfortunately the courier damaged 2 of them, Cladco were swift to reply to my support email and immedietly resolved the situation by providing 2 free replacement panels. I look forward to ordering some more products from this company :)
