Best workout I have tried in awhile- the trainers are always there to motivate you, and no two classes are ever the same! The place is so welcoming and the owners are the best! I strongly recommend trying it out. Currently doing the 10 week challenge- Rylee is knowledgeable, helpful, and motivating. Can't wait to see my results in April.

CKO Kickboxing is a great total body workout. Matt's noontime classes work perfect for me - a great mind & body workout to break up the day.
