Great trainers!! Great people and such a great vibe all the way around and every time too! The workouts are always amazing - they utilize all of the same elements but they are never the same! You will sweat with no regret! Only calories burned and muscles toned!! And maybe even some frustrations pounded out too!! The more you give the more it gives back!! CKO North Tustin is awesome!!
I have been attending classes since November 2016. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The music is always great and makes me want to dance instead of hitting the bag. I am working towards achieving my goals, one is completing a burpee correctly. Almost there! The thing I like best is that I am getting and feeling stronger. I look forward to each class and I am thankful that my friends recommended CKO Kickboxing.
A great way to push yourself and get a fun workout! The staff is super friendly, make you feel comfortable and motivating! Total body work out and love that they encourage you but also remind you to go at your own pace.
