RecommendedI have been going to CKO for over a year now and have loved each and every workout! They are consistently challenging, changing and fun! All of the instructors push you while championing you at the same time. The gym is always clean and the customer service is great. 10/10 would recommend to anyone seeking a killer workout!
I have really enjoyed the sessions so far. The coaches are great to work with and are encouraging, as I am really out of shape. I appreciate the positive yet continuous pushing to keep going. My wife and I love the late classes offered. Very professional but very personal approach.

I love this workout. It is challenging every time, so my muscles never settle into a boredom. Not to mention the staff and other clients are so welcoming and friendly. The first class I went to, I was so timid (I had literally never punched anything in my life). The instructor, Matt, helped me start off with great form to keep me injury free and get a great workout in!

Great trainers!! Great people and such a great vibe all the way around and every time too! The workouts are always amazing - they utilize all of the same elements but they are never the same! You will sweat with no regret! Only calories burned and muscles toned!! And maybe even some frustrations pounded out too!! The more you give the more it gives back!! CKO North Tustin is awesome!!
