Amazing gym! Great workout with a great team. Non stop action from the moment you start which is exactly what I look for in a class. The instructors are very energetic making it easier to push yourself during the class. I recommend this for anyone looking for a great workout.
Best workout I have tried in awhile- the trainers are always there to motivate you, and no two classes are ever the same! The place is so welcoming and the owners are the best! I strongly recommend trying it out. Currently doing the 10 week challenge- Rylee is knowledgeable, helpful, and motivating. Can't wait to see my results in April.
