I have been a member of LA Fitness since they opened in *************. In 2021 I decided to cancel membership. Spoke to someone at gym they cancelled membership. But I was still getting charged. Spoke to someone on phone. They looked at account and said it had not been closed by suspended. So I asked them to close it. This happened several times. It is now 2023 spoke to membership serves and was told it was never canceled and that they would not refund me my $615.00. The only way they would refund me if I had a cancellation ... read more

Lost $800 in 30 days with esporta in ********. They told me I can sign up for personal training for $65 bucks and cancel anytime. I tried personal training for a month and it was rushed and trainer did not ask me any questions. I tried to cancel personal training and they said I signed up for a yearly contract so I have to pay $740 and that each month of training is $165. Um what???? This was not explained to me. I tried to tell them it was a misunderstand with but they were ruthless. I left the gym crying.
