Zero stars!!! DECEPTION AND NEGLECT!!!I signed up for **************** services. After two weeks, the trainer missed two appointments and I found out he was fired. No other trainer was available for the days/times I had requested. I requested cancellation and was assured that it would be taken care of but am still getting charged monthly fees

Since I joined LA Fitness in *************, **, I have been very disappointed in the upkeep of the equipment and facility. The whirlpool was out of commission for months and the sauna is currently not operational. They keep moving the date the repair is to be completed. It has been months. Currently a leg machine is "scheduled for service" and a water vending machine is "out of order". Not long ago, the water fountain was not functioning. Currently one of the sanitizing liquid dispensers is "out of order" and the sanitizing ... read more

I had signed up for a Personal Trainer (**********, ** location), after 2 sessions the trainer quit. When asked about a new trainer I was told no trainer was available for the day I had requested. After requesting to refund my account, less the two sessions I had they refused even though they could not provide the service the agreed too. They eventually said they had a trainer to come in to which was to be a couple weeks down the road (10/07) I agreed to wait. As of 10/06 no trainer is available.
