Complete Scam!!! Was told ** be reimbursed for personal training sessions incurred on my credit card. Signed up for 6 months and was told charges would stop and was NEVER told contract would go month to month. Down $900. La fitness has huge training issues and scamming clients out of money.

I would like to call attention to bias and possible discriminatory practices at LA Fitness, in at least two locations, in **********, ********** and ***********, **********. I visited both locations on behalf of my elderly parents, to enquire about possible membership. My father who is 87 has mobility issues and uses a wheelchair, and his caregiver is my mother, who is 81. I described my parents' needs to use/access a unisex bathroom to change and shower.
